ISITEL is investigating a scam with confidential information and warns all U.S. citizens and residents to immediately consult their credit report and send the following letter to the appropriate Authorities:

I/We have recently reviewed our consumer report and have noticed that recent unauthorized fraudulent inquiries have been made.

This letter is to instruct you that from the date you receive this letter until further written notice, you are hereby NOT AUTHORIZED to disclose my/our consumer information to any individual and/or corporation without my/our prior legal oral and/or written knowledge, consent and authorization.

To obtain said authorization you can contact me/us by telephone on: (xxx) xxx-xxxx, although I/we have these telephone numbers listed with the DNC Registrar and would only permit exceptional calls.

Also, please immediately delete any unauthorized fraudulent inquiries, re-investigate any and all previously disputed information, correct, re-score, and send me/us an updated free copy of our consumer report as stipulated in the FCRA and FACTA.
