MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

 

This Memorandum of Understanding is designed to define the relationship between the companies and peoples signing this document. It will act as the mutual agreement instrument to specify initial responsibilities, relationships and accountability procedures.

 

Your Company  is placing its clients, their trust and funds in the care of: ISITEL, INC. ; 5612 Lankershim Blvd. 91601. USA--, as {Representative/Agent.]

 

Representative/Agent. ). We are providing guidelines and procedures that will promote the success of our business and deliver accountability to all parties.  You are hereby appointed as our Disbursing Office and Local Representative/Agent.  In this capacity providing up-to-date communications is essential to our success.

 

Responsibilities of each party:

                The Signatories of the MOU agree to work together.

{Representative/Agent.  } will maintain records efficiently detailed to maintain exact accountability of all funds received and disbursed.

                {Representative/Agent.  } will provide timely and detailed updates.

 

Both Signatories Agrees to:

                Communicate and work together towards the growth of both parties with mutual benefits.

                Maintain proper records and files pertaining to each client, and funds received.

                Work with the information provided by the client.

                Respect client’s wishes with disposal of information and details.

                Remit all funds collected from clients after deducting 10% handling fees/ major transfer

 Costs.

               

Both parties recognize that the common goal is to be:

                A 10% plus major transfer expenses are to be deducted from the principle sum

                Remit on a timely basis all funds due the Principal, where and when as he is instructed.

Promote the good name and products of Your Company ,  throughout the Assigned territory.                                            

 

I have reviewed and understand this document and will adhere to the information specified above and subsequently contract/s issued and agreed upon by both parties. This MOU is renewable and cancelable by both parties upon a written separate agreement and thirty (30) days notice.
